Heute früh (bzw. in den USA schon am gestrigen Abend)) fand die diesjährige Verleihung der „Game Awards“ statt. Großer Gewinner der Verleihung war The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild…
Links neuestes Abenteur konnte nicht nur den Hauptpreis „Game of the Year“ einheimsen, sondern räumte auch in den Kategorien „Best Action/ Adventure Game“ und „Best Game Directon“ ab.
Auch für Cuphead und Hellblade: Senua´s Sacrifice war die Verleihung ein voller Erfolg. Beide Titel wurden ebenfalls mit drei Auszeichnungen prämiert.

Falls sich jemand fragt, wo denn die Kategorie Best Multiplayer geblieben ist, diese wurde bei der Preisverleihung scheinbar komplett vergessen. Dies ist besonders schade für Fans von Call of Duty: WW2, Destiny 2, Fortnite, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds und Splatoon 2, die hier nominiert waren.
